Seated Dinner Option Royals can host up to 350 guests across the indoor venue and rooftop. Inside, there’s room for up to 110 seated or 200 standing; the rooftop holds up to 50 seated or 150 standing.

Flexible layouts 
Keep it casual with platters and party food, sit everyone down for dinner, or mix the two. Add a bar tab, speeches, a slideshow and your own playlist or DJ, then let the night take its course.
Private bars, existing furniture, sound system, microphone and projector are all available with your booking. Bring your own playlist or DJ, and there’s no cakeage fee.

Yes. Every private party booking includes exclusive use of Royals, including the indoor venue, rooftop and both bars. We host one event at a time, so the whole venue is reserved for your group.

Royals can host up to 350 guests across the indoor venue and rooftop. The indoor space holds up to 110 seated or 200 standing, and the rooftop up to 50 seated or 150 standing.

Royals is booked on a minimum-spend basis rather than a separate venue-hire fee. All food and drinks purchased by your group count towards the agreed minimum spend. The amount varies depending on the date, time and season. If you require additional furniture we can help you organise this through a third party supplier.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own cake and there’s no cakeage fee. We can refrigerate it if needed, provide a cake knife, plates and napkins, and can also cut and serve it for your guests.

Yes. You can bring decorations, balloons, backdrops, photo boards, signage, florals and cake displays. No confetti or glitter, and nothing can be fixed to the venue in a way that causes damage.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own DJ, or we can arrange one for you. Your functions manager will confirm access, setup requirements and timings before the event.

Yes. You can log in to Spotify on the venue device and play your own playlists through the Royals sound system.

Yes. The venue projector can be used for photos, videos or a slideshow. You’ll need to bring a compatible laptop and any required adaptors, and we recommend testing the setup with the venue team beforehand.

The rooftop is open-air, although some booth seating is covered. Guests can move between the rooftop and indoor venue throughout the event, and the indoor space remains available if the weather turns.

Yes. Guests can purchase their own drinks throughout the event, or once an arranged bar tab has reached its limit.
