Seated Dinner Option Royals can host up to 350 guests across the indoor venue and rooftop. Inside, there’s room for up to 110 seated or 200 standing; the rooftop holds up to 50 seated or 150 standing.

Royals can be set up around the occasion, whether that’s a relaxed afternoon with grazing and gifts or drinks after work that carry on into the evening. Our team will help you plan the layout, food and drinks to suit your group.
Baby showers: A daytime gathering with grazing, a welcome drink and space for games and gifts.
Farewell and leaving parties: Drinks on the rooftop and a few words from the stage.
Wedding anniversaries: A seated dinner with family, or a bigger party for a milestone year.

Yes. Every private event booking includes exclusive use of the indoor venue and rooftop. Royals hosts one event at a time, so the space is reserved for your group.

Royals can host up to 350 guests across the indoor venue and rooftop. The indoor space holds up to 110 seated or 200 standing, and the rooftop up to 50 seated or 150 standing.

Royals is booked on a minimum-spend basis rather than a separate venue-hire fee. All food and drinks purchased by your group count towards the agreed minimum, which varies depending on the date, time and season. If additional furniture or a particular layout needs to be hired in for your event, those hire costs are additional.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own cake and there’s no cakeage fee. We can refrigerate it if needed, provide a cake knife, plates and napkins, and can also cut and serve it for your guests.

Yes. You can bring decorations, balloons, backdrops, photo boards, signage, florals and cake displays. No confetti or glitter, and nothing can be fixed to the venue in a way that causes damage.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own DJ, or we can arrange one for you. Your functions manager will confirm access, setup requirements and timings before the event.

Yes. You can log in to Spotify on the venue device and play your own playlists through the Royals sound system.

Yes. The venue projector can be used for photos, videos or a slideshow. You’ll need to bring a compatible laptop and any required adaptors, and we recommend testing the setup with the venue team beforehand.

The rooftop is open-air, although some booth seating is covered. Guests can move between the rooftop and indoor venue throughout the event, and the indoor space remains available if the weather turns.

Yes. Guests can purchase their own drinks throughout the event, or once an arranged bar tab has reached its limit.
