Royals can host up to 350 guests across the indoor venue and rooftop. The indoor space accommodates up to 115 seated or 200 standing, with additional furniture layouts able to be arranged around your programme.

a few ways it can work

Royals can be set up around anything from a focused half-day session to a full conference followed by drinks. Our team can help with the room layout, food, AV and timing. Furniture may come with an additional cost.

Seminars: Theatre-style seating, projector and microphone for speaker-led sessions.

Training days: Classroom or cabaret layouts with food and coffee worked around the programme.

Presentations: A clear front-of-room setup with projector, microphone and sound.

Full-day events: Sessions during the day, then open the room up for drinks, food and conversation afterwards.

Yes. Corporate bookings can run from daytime sessions into drinks, dinner or a team function without changing venues.
Royals operates on a minimum-spend basis rather than a separate venue-hire fee. Food and drinks purchased by your group count towards the agreed minimum. If additional furniture or a particular layout needs to be hired in, those costs are additional.
