We can arrange the Main Bar in a range of layouts to suit your event, including theatre, classroom, boardroom, U-shape, cabaret and cocktail setups. Your functions manager can recommend the best option based on your guest numbers and how you plan to use the space.

Royals has the essentials covered for presentations, speeches and event sound, including a projector, microphone and venue sound system. If your event has more technical requirements, additional AV support can be arranged.

Yes. The projector can be used for presentations, slides, video or other event content. Connection requirements will be confirmed with you in advance, and we recommend testing any presentation material before the event.

Yes. A microphone is available for speeches, presentations and announcements. Let us know what you have planned so we can coordinate the room setup, timing and AV requirements with you.

We can cater for everything from morning and afternoon tea through to lunch, canapés, party food, standing dinners and seated long lunches. Dietary requirements can also be accommodated with advance notice.

Yes. Royals can host events that begin during the day and continue into the evening, whether that means moving from meetings into drinks, a conference session into a party, or a daytime event into dinner and entertainment.

The rooftop is open-air, with some covered seating. Guests can move between the rooftop and Main Bar throughout the event, so the indoor venue remains available if the weather changes.

Yes. Corporate bookings include exclusive use of Royals, including the Main Bar, rooftop and both bars. We host one event at a time, so the venue is reserved for your group.
